Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pacific Consulting LLC does with personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information you give us separately by phone, email or in person, which we handle on the same principles.

Only what you type into the inquiry form:

• your name, and organisation if you give one
• your email address, and phone number if you give one
• event details: type, island, date, venue, guest count, budget range
• the services you tick, your message, how you heard about us and your decision timeline
• which language you were reading the site in when you sent it

We do not ask for payment card details, government identifiers or any special category data through this website. Please do not send them through the form.

The form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which passes it to our email inbox. Your submission therefore passes through Formspree’s systems and is subject to their privacy practices as well as ours.

This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from a public CDN. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details as a normal part of serving those files. We do not send them anything you type.

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, deliver the work if you engage us, and keep the records a business is required to keep. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Inquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months, so that we recognise you if you come back. Records connected to work we actually performed are kept as long as tax, insurance and contract law require.

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores one item in your browser’s local storage — your language choice, so the site opens in the same language next time. Clearing your browser data removes it.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email richardo@pacificconsultinghawaii.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — for example under the California Consumer Privacy Act, the EU/UK GDPR, or Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information. We honour these requests regardless of where you are.

The site is served over HTTPS and the form includes basic anti-spam measures. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send sensitive documents through the form. If you need to send something confidential, ask us and we will arrange a better route.

This site is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
